On 30 July Rupert visited West Lindsay Council to hold discussions with Council Leader Cllr Jeff Summers to discuss the future of Gainsborough and region.
After the meeting, Rupert said "I was most impressed by the way West Lindsey District Council is laying their plans for the future."
