Anstey is a great place, with some interesting shops and eateries. It also has a hard working councillor in the shape of Deborah Taylor, who serves on botht he parish council and on Charnwood Borough Council. When I visited a few days ago she took the time to explain to me the problems of vandalism and anti-social behaviour that plague on particular corner of Anstey - and what she and the parish council are doing to tackle it.
